Oppidan is currently developing a new 340,000 sq. ft. Senior Living Facility in Minneapolis, MN. This development is located off of University Ave SE, between 30th Ave SE and Malcolm Ave SE. Construction will begin Q1 of 2018 and is on schedule to open Q1 2020.

Prospect Park senior living will be an urban oasis for residents looking to enjoy a city lifestyle in a senior friendly community.
