Tom Ryan

Tom is Oppidan’s VP of People and Culture, where he is responsible for creating a positive culture & work environment. He manages the traction implementer, recruiting and hiring process, staff review oversight and compensation review.

Tom joined Oppidan in 2013 as Developer before moving into his new role. Prior to this, he was a buyer and planner for Ultra Green, Inc.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from University of St. John’s, a Master of Science degree in Commercial Real Estate from University of Saint Thomas and Human Resources Management degree from Cornell University. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Tom is a youth hockey coach, and he loves to ski. He considers Beaver Creek Colorado as his “happy place!”
