Oppidan developed a 137,000 sq. ft. senior housing complex in White Bear Lake, MN. The senior housing community opened in Spring of 2017 and was sold December 2021.

The development consists of 112 apartments (Independent and Assisted Living, and Memory Care) with a variety of floor plans: studio, one bedroom, one bedroom + den and two-bedroom styles. Many of our elegant living spaces feature balconies, walk-in closets, heated underground parking, chef-prepared meals served restaurant style – dining room with outdoor deck, community room for parties and programs, beautiful outdoor spaces to include a covered porch, fitness center with scheduled classes and wellness programs, movie theater with comfortable seating, hair salon and spa, club lounge, bistro for snacks and coffee.
