Oppidan developed the Pagel Ice Arena in 2001. This Ice Arena is located on the Minnetonka High School Campus in Minnetonka, MN. It is a year round arena that was built to accommodate dry-land sports. This arena also features an elevated indoor running track, boys and girls locker room, weight and conditioning room, concessions, observation deck and maintenance facility.

Oppidan developed the Savage Sports Dome in Savage, MN. The sports center consists of a 105,896 sq. ft. Dome and a 4,928 sq. ft. support building. The building is located on the north side of the Savage Community Park. The Savage Sports Dome opened their doors in November of 2012.
