Woodie Williams

As Vice President of Development for the Southeast, Woodie Williams spearheads growth initiatives for Oppidan’s North Carolina office. He is responsible for identifying new development opportunities and managing projects through the entire development lifecycle.

Prior to joining Oppidan in 2025, Woodie served as Vice President at SLI Capital, a real estate private equity firm specializing in mixed-use and multifamily developments across the Southeast.

Woodie holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, graduating with honors from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Woodie enjoys spending time along the North Carolina coast with his wife and their three young children.
