Tayler Budenski

As a Construction Manager at Oppidan, Tayler is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. She collaborates closely with design teams, consultants, and general contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Tayler joined Oppidan with more than a decade of experience in the commercial construction industry. Before joining the team, she served as Director of Construction and Development at WPT Capital Advisors, acting as an owner’s representative on large-scale industrial developments. Prior to that, she was a Project Manager at Opus Design-Build, where she led a variety of projects, including multifamily, senior housing, industrial, and private education facilities.

Tayler earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. She also holds LEED AP BD+C accreditation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son—especially at Minnesota cabins during the summer.
