Sam Wondrasch

As Financial Analyst, Sam is responsible for financial planning and analysis, including planning/forecasting, metrics analysis, financial modeling, and capital spending. 

Prior to joining Oppidan in 2022, Sam began his career working with commercial real estate brokers and property management companies. He later moved into commercial real estate servicing, where he managed $100 million portfolios for multiple lenders.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Economics from University of Wisconsin - River Falls.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and hitting the golf course.
