Roger Bernstein

Roger joined Oppidan in 2014 and now serves as the Vice President of Construction. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the execution and management of development and construction activities for Oppidan throughout the western United States. He is focused on development and construction of senior housing communities with partners such as Watermark Retirement Communities and Clearwater Living.

Prior to joining Oppidan, Roger was a principal architect at MulvannyG2 Architecture where he oversaw the design and development of several nationally recognized retailers such as Buffalo Wild Wings, H&M, FedEx and Petco. Roger also spent 13 years as the Director of Engineering and Construction for the Western Regional Development of Lowe’s Companies, Inc. expansion program.

Roger is a licensed architect with the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New School of Architecture and Design.

Roger is an avid mountain biker, runner and swimmer.
