Paul Tucci

Paul is Oppidan’s Executive Vice President of Development, where he is responsible for property development and acquisition including site selection, land or existing property review and acquisition, entitlements, lease negotiations, financing review and negotiations and tenant relations. 

Paul joined Oppidan in 1997 with many years of real estate development and asset management including 12 years at The Center Companies/Madison Marquette. Paul’s expertise enables him to successfully create and execute development plans for Oppidan’s clients in retail, service/restaurant, housing and land development.

Paul obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from University of Minnesota and received his master’s degree in Finance from University of St. Thomas. He’s a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association. He is also involved in church related activities and the Chick Evans Academic Scholarship program.

When Paul isn’t at work, he enjoys reading, golfing, fishing and taking in the great outdoors.
