Noah Wagner
Noah is the lead developer for Oppidan's affordable and workforce housing platform and manages all aspects of the development process from site selection to project stabilization. Throughout his career, Noah has specialized in creatively structuring real estate transactions and developing multi-family apartments. He’s been directly involved in the acquisition or development of more than 2,000 rent-restricted apartments across the country.
Prior to joining Oppidan in 2019, Noah worked at Water Street Partners, Dominium, and T. Wall Enterprises. He is an active member of WREAA, NAIOP, and NCSHA. Noah is also a mentor at the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.
Noah graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and is an active volunteer for homeless. He has volunteered at St. Stephens, Catholic Charities, and MN 'Point in Time' Homeless Count.
Noah enjoys playing with his dog and anything outdoors - running, biking, kayaking, camping, and sailing.
