Nikki Hauck

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Nikki supports the success of the employees of Oppidan by ensuring they are the best personal and professional versions of themselves. Nikki considers her relationships with both internal and external stakeholders a key factor in in this.

Prior to being hired as the Vice President, Nikki was the Director, Human Resources and Associate Engagement at Weis Builders.

Nikki earned a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is proud to be a Maverick. She has obtained certifications from Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Human Resources (PHR), and Women In Leadership.

In 2024, Nikki sat as a board member for the Women in Leadership board at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Additionally, Nikki has sat on the Construction Advisory Board for the University of Minnesota. Nikki believes in being an active supporter of the sports/clubs in which her children participate serving for 2 years as the PTO Vice President and 2 years as the PTO President of her children’s elementary school.

She likes to keep busy with her husband, three children, three cats and one dog. Nikki and her husband are attempting to complete, the nifty fifty, with their children by getting their children to visit and experience all 50 states. 

When she is not wearing her HR hat, she likes to be either trying out a new recipe or reading a book.  As a self-described fan of all things historical, Nikki is regularly reading a new biography or account of something in a historical context.
