Nick Gleason

As Director of Construction at Oppidan, Nick manages all phases of construction with a primary focus on delivering projects within Oppidan’s growing Data Center markets. He oversees all aspects of project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and successful delivery, working closely with development teams, partners, and contractors to bring each project to completion.

Before joining Oppidan, Nick served as Director of Construction at Greystone Construction, where he led a team of 14, including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Assistants. His team successfully delivered projects across the commercial, industrial, and multifamily housing sectors. Nick also brings valuable experience from his time with LifeTime Fitness, where he worked as a Project Manager within their construction division.

Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University. He currently serves as a City Council Member for the City of Waconia and as Booster President for the Waconia High School Boys Hockey program. Born in Michigan and raised on Detroit sports, Nick remains a loyal Lions fan while proudly cheering for the Minnesota Wild. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing during the summer months, escaping to warmer destinations in the winter, and spending time watching his kids’ sporting events.
