Naomi Ohnstad

As Vice President of Development for Oppidan’s Data Center platform: Connect, Naomi Ohnstad brings her extensive experience leading complex developments to focus on Data Centers. She oversees projects from concept through completion, ensuring excellence at every stage of development. Her experience and ability to navigate long and complex processes is a perfect match for data center development.

Before joining Oppidan, Naomi was a key member of United Properties’ Senior Living team, where she played an instrumental role in creating and growing the Amira brand. In addition to her work in senior living, Naomi has contributed to a wide range of developments including retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

Naomi began her real estate career with Christopher & Banks, where she served as a national leasing representative responsible for expanding the retailer’s footprint across the country. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bemidji State University.
