Lindsay Stavish

As Real Estate Paralegal at Oppidan, Lindsay supports the legal team in managing the documentation and due diligence essential to the company’s real estate transactions. She reviews and drafts legal documents related to acquisitions, sales, financing, development, leasing, and construction matters. Lindsay also coordinates transaction closings with clients, brokers, lenders, and escrow agents while maintaining organized electronic files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring documentation accuracy across all projects.

Before joining Oppidan, Lindsay spent more than four years as a Real Estate Paralegal at Ryan Companies US, Inc., where she gained extensive experience supporting complex commercial real estate transactions. She is an active member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association, where she continues to expand her professional network and knowledge of industry best practices.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and her Paralegal Certificate from Rasmussen University School of Justice Studies. Outside of work, she and her husband have three wonderful children. She enjoys coaching her daughter’s competitive soccer team and attending her kids’ sporting events. In her free time, Lindsay loves cooking, baking, gardening, and camping with her family.
