Leah Rottman

As a Property Accountant, Leah ensures all property-related transactions align with Oppidan’s financial standards. She works closely with property managers to ensure financial records reflect operational activity, manages accounts payable and receivable, assists in budgeting and forecasting, and oversees annual common area maintenance reconciliations. She also supports audit processes and identifies opportunities to streamline accounting practices.

Leah brings more than 14 years of experience in property management and accounting, including five years managing Class A lab assets in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her prior experience also includes nearly a decade in property accounting for clients nationwide. Leah has been recognized with numerous awards, including the 2023 Rising Star Award from Healthpeak Properties, and several Exceptional Performance and Customer Service awards during her time at CBRE.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Olaf College. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, strength training, word puzzles, and bar trivia. She and her husband love spending time at their family cabin with their son and daughter.
