Kevin Cunningham

As Construction Manager at Oppidan, Kevin Cunningham is responsible for overseeing the construction management and administration of Oppidan’s mission-critical, multifamily housing and industrial projects. Kevin joined Oppidan in 2024, bringing a decade of experience in commercial construction.

Prior to his role at Oppidan, Kevin held project management positions at Landmark Properties and The Opus Group. His diverse background includes industrial campus builds, post-tension and wood-frame multifamily housing projects and historic restoration work.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota and received LEED AP BD+C accreditation. In addition to his professional achievements, Kevin is actively involved in community development as a member of the Bloomington, MN Planning Commission. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, biking, golfing, and unwinding at the family cabin.
