Jay Moore

Jay brings a broad range of real estate expertise to his role of Senior Vice President of Development. He oversees the entire development process including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, lease negotiations, construction, and client services. Jay focuses on industrial, multi-family apartments, and retail.

Since joining Oppidan in 2001, he’s been involved in more than 100 build-to-suits across the United States in Industrial, Office, Multi-Family, and Retail, totaling more than 4 million square feet.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Marketing from the University of Denver. He is a member of NAIOP, the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

In his free time, Jay enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, golfing, and playing pickleball. He also enjoys to travel and explore new places.
