Isaac Warzecha

Isaac joined Oppidan in 2025 to oversee construction operations. He leads the pre-construction process, including selecting consultants, directing design teams, and managing budgets to ensure coordinated project documents. During construction, Isaac is responsible for overseeing document control, facilitating design issue resolution, managing project tracking, and ensuring quality compliance. Additionally, Isaac monitors schedules, reviews contractor payments, manages change orders, and coordinates the project close-out processes.

Prior to joining Oppidan, Isaac was a Project Manager at D.J. Kranz Co., Inc., where he specialized in healthcare, clean room, and tenant improvement construction. He also served as a Lead Project Engineer at Wanzek Construction, playing a key role in delivering power to homes and businesses across North America through the construction of wind farms and substations.

Isaac received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University – Moorhead. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys hiking, fishing, camping, visiting the cabin and checking deer stands. Isaac loves to travel and has visited 17 countries. He’s also an advanced open water scuba diver and has logged many dives in the Caribbean waters off the coast of Central America.
