As Property Accounting Manager at Oppidan, Heather Lundstrom facilitates and manages all financial aspects of the company’s property accounting functions up to an including our data center portfolio. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of financial operations, she ensures accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance to support the success of Oppidan’s developments. Since joining the team, Heather has leveraged her extensive experience to enhance financial efficiencies and streamline processes, benefiting both internal teams and external clients.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Heather has built a strong foundation in property accounting and financial management in addition to her passion for leading and educating the next generation of property accountants. Her expertise spans multiple real estate sectors, where she has successfully overseen financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. She remains committed to continuous learning and professional growth, staying engaged with industry best practices.

Heather attended Harper College in Palatine, IL, where she studied Business Management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters, embracing outdoor adventures. A passionate collector, she is always on the lookout for the next great antique or craft fair.
