Han Schultz

As Senior Property Manager for Data Centers, Han oversees the performance and operations of 15 to 20 edge data centers within Oppidan’s growing mission critical portfolio. In this role, she leads the performance management of third-party facilities operators, ensuring consistent operational excellence across all sites. Han also manages annual property-level operating and capital budgets and serves as the primary liaison between ownership, operators, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams.

Han brings extensive experience in property and portfolio management to her role, with a background spanning multifamily residential, homeowners association, and commercial real estate management. Before joining Oppidan, she managed a commercial real estate portfolio at Northern Tool + Equipment. Her diverse background gives her a deep understanding of operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction across a range of property types.

Han earned her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Management from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and completed the Data Centre Fundamentals Program from CNet Training, further strengthening her knowledge of data center infrastructure and operations. She is married with two boys and their dog, Poppy. Outside of work, Han stays busy keeping up with her kids’ sports and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She is a football fan and enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, discovering new music, playing word games, and continuously working on her golf game. When she has free time, you can often find her in a barre class or trying out a new recipe.
