Eric Martin
Eric Martin is a Developer at Oppidan, specializing in senior housing, active adult, multifamily, and mixed-use developments. With a people-centric and relationship-focused approach, Eric is involved in all aspects of the development process, including site selection and acquisition, entitlement and site development, design, permitting and construction. Known for his thoughtful, honest, and diligent work ethic, he ensures each project meets the highest standards while prioritizing the needs of Oppidan’s clients.
Before joining Oppidan, Eric gained extensive experience at CBRE, Ryan Companies, and Crowe Companies. Over the course of his career, he has directly supported the execution of more than $700 million in ground-up developments across the country, spanning multifamily, mixed-use, and senior housing projects. He remains actively engaged in the industry as a member of NAIOP, continually expanding his expertise and network within the development community.
Eric earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas, where he double-majored in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. Committed to giving back, he serves as a Board Member for the University of St. Thomas Alumni Board and volunteers at Cities Church in St. Paul. Outside of work, Eric is an avid road and mountain biker, runner, and traveler who enjoys discovering new places and cuisines.
