Elena Guastella

As Real Estate Operations Coordinator at Oppidan, Elena supports the Oppidan Connect team by providing operational and project coordination across the company’s data center developments. She helps drive efficiency and organization by streamlining processes, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring teams have the resources and coordination needed to keep projects moving forward.

Prior to joining Oppidan, Elena spent eight years in the construction industry, serving as an Executive Assistant, Project Assistant, and Operations Project Manager for two general contractors. Through these roles, she developed extensive experience supporting construction teams, improving operational workflows, and coordinating complex projects. Elena's collaborative approach earned her a peer nominated teamwork award twice during her previous career.

Outside of work, Elena enjoys spending time with her husband, two active children, and their dog. She is also a dedicated foster for a local animal rescue and has helped more than 30 dogs find their forever homes. Originally from Wisconsin, Elena remains a loyal Packers and Brewers fan and enjoys traveling back to visit family whenever she can.
