Arun Singh

Arun Singh, CFA is a finance executive with nearly two decades of experience guiding capital strategy for some of the industry’s most respected real-estate platforms. He is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Radial Capital, a firm that delivers full-cycle debt solutions, originations through payoff, while championing long-term client partnerships and disciplined risk management. Arun also leads SPE Specialists, a boutique firm that safeguards special-purpose entities via independent-director appointments.

Prior to founding Radial Capital, Arun was Chief Financial Officer of MDH Partners, where he raised $1.7 billion in equity and placed $2.4 billion in debt to expand the company’s industrial portfolio to more than 25 million square feet. Earlier, at MetLife Real Estate Investors, he managed an $8.5 billion commercial-mortgage portfolio, served as portfolio manager, and sat on the investment committee. His expertise spans institutional capital markets, fund formation, and large-scale portfolio growth.

Arun holds an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University and a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. A college-football enthusiast and car aficionado, he also enjoys beach travel and landscape design.
