The Pillars of Lakeville

Oppidan purchased 1.8 acres from the Crossroads Church to construct 100 apartment units containing a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. The senior living community is connected to a newly constructed 16,700 square-foot childcare facility that is currently operating out of the Church. This provides opportunities for unique intergenerational programming and easy access into the Church. Other living spaces include a four-season porch, fitness center, community room, outdoor dining, private dining, rooftop deck and a pickle ball court and additional shared greenspace with the Church.

Construction commenced in August 2021 and the wrapped up in February 2023
