Pet Valu - The Shoppes at Markdale

Oppidan is working closely with Pet Valu retail development team to grow its current portfolio. Our Project Management Services are advising markets, locating buildings or land and securing leases throughout Canada. This 3000 SF retail business is located off of highway 10 in Markdale, Canada. The Shoppes at Markdale Pet Valu opened for business in October of 2020 despite the pandemic.
