Pet Valu - The Shoppes at Komoka

Oppidan is working closely with Pet Valu retail development team to grow its current portfolio. Our Project Management Services are advising markets, locating buildings or land and securing leases throughout Canada. This 4000 SF retail business is located in the heart of The Shoppes of Komoka in Komoka, Canada. The Shoppes of Komoka Pet Valu opened for business in October of 2020 despite the pandemic.
