Pet Valu - Pioneer Park

Oppidan is working closely with Pet Valu retail development team to grow its current portfolio. Our Project Management Services are advising markets, locating buildings or land and securing leases throughout Canada. This 3800 SF retail business is located in Kitchener, Canada. Pioneer Park Pet Valu opened for business in May of 2020 despite the pandemic.
