Marketplace at Cedar

Marketplace at Cedar is a new grocery-anchored retail destination at 179th St. West and Cedar Avenue in Lakeville, one of the Twin Cities metro’s fastest-growing communities. Set on roughly 13 acres at the crossroads of single-family, multi-family and commercial uses, the center brings grocery, dining, automotive, financial and neighborhood services together in one convenient location. Seven of nine parcels are already committed, with the first openings expected in spring 2027 and final construction completed in fall 2027.
