Oppidan developed a 20,000 SF office and mixed use building in the heart of downtown Excelsior. Oppidan's corporate office occupies the entire 2nd level, while the lower level has the following tenants; Miyabi Sushi & Asian Bistro, Bentley's Pet Stuff, Trenary Realty, and M the Art of Hair.
