The Sweet Harvest Foods Distribution Facility is a 359,800-square-foot, state-of-the-art build-to-suit development located on 26 acres in Lakeville, Minnesota. As the country’s largest producer and packer of 100% pure all-natural honey, Sweet Harvest Foods required a facility designed for maximum efficiency and scalability. The building features 32-foot clear heights, cross-docking capabilities with 15 dock doors and 84 knock-out panels, two drive-in doors, 50-by-50-foot column spacing with 60-foot speed bays, and an ESFR fire protection system. The site includes 202 car parking spaces and capacity for 63 future trailer parking spots to accommodate the company’s growing distribution operations.
