CBRE recently represented Oppidan Investment Company in procuring a partner, Trilogy Real Estate Group, for its West St. Paul Apartments, a 153-unit multifamily development in West St. Paul, Minnesota.
Ted Abramson, Keith Collins and Abe Appert of CBRE Minneapolis represented the seller in the transaction.
“We are very excited to see this new multifamily project come to fruition,” said CBRE’s Abramson. “With support from the city of West St. Paul, this four-story property will provide cost-effective housing to local residents, along with convenient access to a number of prominent and vital locations within the local area, including the future river to river trail that will be adjacent to the site.”
The project will consist of alcove, one, two and three-bedroom floor plans and is located near the southwest corner of Oakdale and Thompson Avenues. Construction is scheduled to be completed in August 2021.
