Best Places to Work honorees revealed in small company category

Today, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reveals our 2021 Best Places to Work honorees in the small company category.

In the Twin Cities' longest-running awards program recognizing great workplaces, we are honoring this year 20 companies in the extra small category (10 to 24 Minnesota employees), 20 in the small category (25 to 49 Minnesota employees), 20 in the medium category (50 to 249 Minnesota employees) and 10 in the large category (250-plus Minnesota employees).

To determine our honorees, we sought nominations from companies in the Twin Cities region. Our research partner, Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum Workplace, then distributed surveys to all Minnesota-based employees of those nominated companies, asking participants to rate their employers on a variety of questions related to management, communication and more. Quantum tabulated the scores from those confidential surveys to identify our 70 honorees.

Today, we are announcing honorees in the small category; yesterday we revealed honorees in the extra small category. Additional honorees will be made public throughout the rest of the week. The honorees are listed alphabetically now, but will be ranked by their score in our Aug. 13 Best Places to Work publication.
