One of the key highlights of the past year was our foray into affordable housing development, with the groundbreaking of our first affordable housing community. This expansion into a new asset type underscores our commitment to addressing the diverse housing needs of communities across the country.

In addition, we’ve significantly expanded our presence in development of critical infrastructure, offering unparalleled speed, scale, and sophistication in turnkey and powered shell developments. Our continued focus on developing elegant and distinctive senior living communities has also been a priority, and we’ve recently welcomed residents into two new communities in Minnesota and California.

Furthermore, Oppidan has strengthened its position in the market rate housing sector through strategic partnerships with real estate investment leaders like Water Street Partners. These partnerships have enabled us to capitalize on market rate housing developments and provide quality housing options for residents.

In the industrial sector, Oppidan has led the way with our largest project to date—a nine-property industrial pipeline covering 1.55 million square feet across multiple development sites. Partnering with industry giants like Rockpoint Group, Oppidan has solidified its position as a frontrunner in industrial development.
