The Pillars of Prospect Park

Oppidan developed a new 340,000 sq. ft. Senior Living Facility in Minneapolis, MN. This development is located off of University Ave SE, between 30th Ave SE and Malcolm Ave SE. Construction began Q1 of 2018 and opened May 2020.

The Pillars of Prospect Park senior living is an urban oasis for residents looking to enjoy a city lifestyle in a senior friendly community. Located just off of the light rail transit station and the University of Minnesota campus in the heart of the Prospect Park neighborhood this community is comprised of two buildings of six and ten-stories. A total of 283 total apartments includes 133 Independent living, 106 assisted living and 44 memory care units. All independent and assisted living apartments are flexible to allow for residents to continue living in their home despite changing health care needs. Most apartment living spaces feature in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, walk-in closets, balconies and oversized windows to capture the city views. Memory care apartments are located in a secured area of the building with access to their own dining room, outdoor space and indoor walking path.  

Prospect Park residents have access to the onsite bistro, salon spa, Chapel, fitness center, golf simulator and seventh floor roof deck as well as many other amenities and activities.
